(1) The Commission shall, on the recommendation of the Committee, determine the tuition fees for all categories and programs of medical education.
(2) According to Clause (c) of Sub-section (2) of Section 18 of the Act, the fee charged in the subjects of Nursing, Ayurveda and other medical education will be as determined by the Commission in consultation with the concerned educational institution. Added by the First Amendment.
